Il Disgelo Walk-In climatic chambers are designed starting from the actual requirements of the test: DUT dimensions and weight, temperature range, humidity, thermal dissipation, rate of temperature change, and access requirements.
Depending on the application, we manufacture two main construction types.
Monoblock Walk-In Chambers
Our monoblock chambers are manufactured with a welded structure and are intended for applications requiring the highest performance.
They can reach temperatures up to +180 °C and manage hot-humid cycles up to +90 °C and 95% RH.
The rigid structure also allows a high level of customization for doors, technical feedthroughs, flooring, and DUT interfaces.
Modular Drogon Walk-In Chambers
Our modular Drogon chambers are built using high-performance insulated panels, assembled with high-strength joints.
This configuration provides greater modularity, dimensional flexibility, and ease of installation, with temperatures up to approximately +130 °C.
The refrigeration systems, designed in-house by Il Disgelo, can reach temperatures down to -80 °C, depending on the required configuration.
Our installations include large-volume Walk-In chambers equipped with double doors for DUT access, operator doors, pre-chambers, and remote refrigeration units.
Each chamber can be completed with the OZ CliMaLogic control system, developed to manage and monitor climatic cycles and the main operating parameters of the system.
