Stand-Alone Climatic Chambers for Environmental Testing

The DRACARYS climatic and thermostatic chambers by Il Disgelo are stand-alone systems designed to perform controlled environmental tests on components, materials and products, ensuring precise, stable and repeatable test conditions.

Thermostatic configurations are dedicated to temperature testing, while climatic configurations also integrate relative humidity control, allowing different environmental conditions to be reproduced according to the required test methodology.

The DRACARYS range is developed as a configurable DOT Standard platform, designed to meet the main requirements of laboratories, research and development departments, quality control and industrial validation.

The different available configurations make it possible to select the most suitable solution according to usable volume, temperature range, humidity control requirements and required thermal dynamics.

Three DRACARYS Configurations

The DRACARYS range is available in three configurations, developed for different application requirements.

DRACARYS MINI

The compact version of the range, designed for thermal and climatic testing on small components, electronic devices, sensors and reduced-size specimens where compact dimensions and easy installation are required.

DRACARYS STANDARD

The reference configuration of the range, available in different volumes and operating ranges, developed to provide a balance between thermal and climatic performance, configuration flexibility and operational reliability.

DRACARYS SPEED

The high-dynamic version, designed for applications requiring high rates of temperature change, accelerated thermal cycles and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS).

Configurable Thermal and Climatic Solutions

DOT Control Technology

DRACARYS chambers can integrate the DOT control platform with:

  • DOT Touch Panel;
  • proprietary CliMaLogic® software;
  • industrial PLC;
  • remote supervision and management systems according to configuration.

The platform allows test cycles to be programmed, managed and recorded while precisely controlling temperature, relative humidity where applicable and process parameters.

Test programs can also be stored, cycle data acquired and recorded information exported for analysis, traceability and documentation activities.
