The DOT Standard climatic chambers include industrial environmental testing platforms designed and manufactured by Il Disgelo according to defined technical configurations, developed to ensure repeatable performance, operational reliability, easy integration and optimized production times.
Each product family is based on a consolidated technical architecture, with defined volumes, operating ranges, refrigeration systems, air-treatment systems and control architecture already engineered and validated.
DOT Standard configurations can be completed with options, accessories and dedicated interfaces, while maintaining the basic machine architecture and a high level of standardization.
Climatic Chambers
DRACARYS – Stand-alone climatic chambers for temperature and humidity testing, available in different volumes and performance configurations.
The range includes versions developed for different testing requirements, including Mini, Standard and Speed configurations, with climatic ranges and thermal gradients defined according to the model.
Chambers for Combined Testing
VIBERION – Climatic chambers designed for integration with vibration systems, intended for combined temperature, humidity and mechanical stress testing.
The configurations allow interfacing with shakers and vibration systems while maintaining control of the climatic conditions throughout the test.
Corrosion Testing Chambers
VELARYON – Chambers for salt spray and accelerated corrosion testing, designed to expose materials, coatings and components to controlled and repeatable environmental conditions.
The chambers allow dedicated test cycles to be performed for evaluating corrosion resistance according to the selected configuration and applicable test standard.
