Climatic Chambers for Vibration and Combined Environmental Testing
The VIBERION climatic chambers by Il Disgelo are systems designed to perform combined environmental testing involving temperature, humidity and vibration, through integration with external shakers and vibration test benches.
The platform allows components, materials and systems to be subjected to simultaneous climatic and mechanical stresses, reproducing severe operating conditions and scenarios representative of the product’s real-life operating cycle in a controlled and repeatable way.
VIBERION configurations are developed according to the dimensions of the specimen, characteristics of the vibration system, temperature and humidity range, thermal load, test-cycle dynamics and interface requirements with the test bench.
The integration between the climatic chamber and vibration system makes it possible to maintain controlled environmental conditions while mechanical stresses are applied, creating a complete platform for qualification, validation, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) and durability testing.

Configurable Climatic and Vibration Testing Solutions
VIBERION chambers are designed to perform combined temperature, humidity and vibration testing on components, materials and systems.
The configuration is defined according to:

- characteristics of the vibration system;
- vibration direction;
- dimensions and mass of the component under test;
- mounting method and interface with the shaker;

DOT Control Technology
VIBERION chambers can integrate the DOT control platform with:
- DOT Touch Panel;
- proprietary CliMaLogic® software;
- industrial PLC;
- remote supervision and management systems according to configuration.
The platform allows climatic test cycles to be programmed, managed and recorded while precisely controlling temperature, relative humidity where applicable and the main process parameters.
Test-cycle data can also be acquired and exported, with the possibility of integrating the chamber with external data acquisition, supervision and control systems.

VIBERION chambers are designed for continuous operation in test laboratories, R&D centres, quality departments and industrial environments.
The engineering of the interface between the chamber and vibration system, precise control of climatic conditions and the use of industrial components allow stable, repeatable and controlled test conditions to be maintained even during prolonged combined test cycles.
