The Z Series muffle ovens are electric systems designed for high-temperature heat treatment in research, educational, industrial and analytical laboratories.
The ovens are heated on all four sides of the chamber by a complete muffle fitted with heating elements, a solution developed to ensure maximum temperature uniformity inside the working chamber. Some configurations are designed to operate continuously at temperatures up to 1200 °C.
The structure integrates dedicated safety devices to protect both the operator and the electrical system, including a safety microswitch and thermal-magnetic protection, together with a digital temperature control system.
The ovens can be equipped with programming and timing systems, allowing automatic management of temperature profiles, switch-on and switch-off according to the required process.
They are designed to provide:
