The VIBERION climatic chambers by Il Disgelo are systems designed to perform combined environmental tests involving temperature, humidity and vibration on components, materials and systems intended for industrial and research applications.
VIBERION platforms make it possible to integrate climatic-condition control with external vibration systems, allowing the DUT to be subjected to simultaneous climatic and mechanical stresses under controlled, stable and repeatable conditions.
VIBERION configurations can be developed for vertical and horizontal vibration, with the possibility of integration with shakers, head expanders and slip-tables. Depending on the application, vertical lifting and horizontal translation systems can also be provided to ensure correct positioning of the chambers relative to the vibration system.
The chambers can be used both for independent climatic testing, using dedicated blind floors, and for combined climate + vibration testing through specific floors and interfaces. The characteristics of each configuration are defined according to usable volume, DUT dimensions and mass, temperature and humidity range, thermal dissipation, required dynamics, shaker characteristics and test-interface geometry.

VIBERION chambers are used in the automotive, e-mobility, electronics, aerospace, defence, battery, industrial components and research sectors, for development, qualification, validation, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), reliability testing and durability testing.
The VIBERION range is available in different usable volumes, temperature ranges, thermal-dynamic performance levels and vibration-system integration configurations, making it possible to select or develop the most suitable solution according to the dimensions of the component under test and the required test conditions.
