We select optimized refrigeration systems to maximize performance and reduce energy consumption, working on special climatic chambers such as roller test rooms, 4-Poster test chambers, as well as traditional climatic chambers for components and assemblies.

We replaced the original refrigeration unit with an innovative indirect system that uses specific heat transfer fluids to cover a wide thermal range:

Direct cooling: from +5°C to -40°C

Indirect cooling: from +5°C to +80°C
The system integrates semi-hermetic screw compressors and a tube bundle evaporator for the heat transfer fluid, along with a custom-built air handling unit (AHU). The test chamber is kept pressurized through an air renewal circuit with an enthalpy wheel system that ensures a dew point down to -40°C, allowing prolonged testing at subzero temperatures without ice or frost formation.
All functional components are located externally and designed to withstand weather conditions, ensuring reliability and safety.
This solution guarantees high performance, energy efficiency, and operational safety for advanced climatic testing under extreme conditions.
