Hermetically welded structure

• Test space entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel with continuous TIG welds → perfectly tight up to 95 °C / 98 % RH

• Profiles designed to absorb expansion from +200 °C to –70 °C without distortion

• Condensate drain channel along the side walls with removable grille for quick cleaning

High-performance air-treatment system

• Thermo-hygrometric unit at the rear (or ceiling-mounted if space is limited)

• Inverter-driven fans, compact or long-shaft depending on the temperature range

• Guaranteed uniformity and stability throughout the test volume

Dual-layer insulation

• 1st layer: high-density rock-wool (inner side)

• 2nd layer: self-extinguishing polyurethane foam (same specs as the panel-type version)

• Feed-throughs, viewing-window frames and compensating valves all TIG-welded for leak-free integrity

• Anti-slip floor with load capacity up to 3 000 kg

• Panels 120–160 mm thick with self-levelling male/female joints, sealed with food-grade silicone
