Serie TCEM — Walk in climatic chambers for high performance motor testing

 

 

The TCEM walk‑in chambers recreate extreme thermal and humidity conditions for testing electric motors, powertrains and other mechanical components, ensuring precise temperature control (±0.5 °C) and humidity control (±1 – ±3 %). A modular stainless‑steel frame with 120‑150 mm sandwich panels delivers high insulation and low energy consumption, while the proprietary CliMaLogic® software provides multilingual programming, integrated datalogging and a TCP/IP remote interface.

• Extended temperature range (down to –40 °C / up to +125 °C, optional +180 °C) with ±4 °C/min gradients

• Humidity control 10–95 % RH, dew‑point –25 °C with de‑humidification kit

• Battery Safety Pack option (IEC 62619, UN 38.3) for Li‑ion cell & module testing

• Ø100 mm pass‑through, adjustable shelves, casters + leveling feet

• Full side access for maintenance; noise ≤ 75 dB(A) at 5 m
