Ultra-Low Dew Point Controlled Environments
DOT Dry Rooms are industrial environments designed for processes that require extremely low humidity levels and stable control of climatic parameters.
These infrastructures are developed as integrated systems including the room structure, dehumidification equipment, air treatment systems, air distribution and control platforms.
System Architecture
DOT Dry Rooms are designed as integrated modular infrastructures.
The system may include:
modular structure with insulated sandwich panels
industrial dehumidification systems
dedicated air handling units
high-uniformity air distribution
supporting refrigeration systems
control and supervision platform
The modular architecture allows the environment configuration to be adapted according to the process requirements and plant layout.
Control System
DOT Dry Rooms are managed through the proprietaryDOT CliMaLogic®system, based on an industrial PLC and touchscreen operator interface.
The system allows:
temperature and dew point control
continuous monitoring of environmental parameters
alarm management
data logging
process data export
remote supervision via Ethernet network or VNC access
DOT Dry Room Models
Model | Application Type | Approximate Volume | Dew Point |
DOT Dry Room DP-40 | battery production | approx. 270 m³ | up to −40 °C |
DOT Dry Room DP-25 | laboratories and research | approx. 218 m³ | up to −25 °C |
DOT Dry Room DP-40 Lab | research environments | approx. 22 m³ | up to −40 °C |
Custom Configurations
DOT Dry Rooms are engineered according to customer specifications and can be developed depending on:
room dimensions
required dew point level
number of operators
process thermal dissipation
integration with production lines or test systems
plant layout
The configurations shown represent typical examples of the DOT Dry Room platform.
Each system can be engineered according to the specific requirements of the application.
