DRY ROOM | Ultra-Low Dew Point

The DOT Dry Rooms are controlled industrial environments designed for production processes, research activities and applications requiring extremely low humidity levels, stable temperature control and precise dew point management.

The solution is developed as an integrated system, combining modular room construction, dehumidification, air treatment and distribution, optional filtration and a dedicated control platform, with the aim of maintaining stable, uniform and repeatable environmental conditions over time.

The system configuration is defined according to the required dew point, room dimensions, thermal and moisture loads, number of operators, installed equipment and the characteristics of the production process.

The modular architecture allows the Dry Room to be integrated with production lines, process equipment, test systems and laboratory infrastructures, adapting the layout, access points and air distribution to the available installation space.‎

‎ ‎ ‎

Are designed to ensure:

  • maintenance of extremely low humidity conditions;
  • stable control of temperature and dew point;
  • high uniformity of environmental conditions;
  • management of thermal and moisture loads generated by the process;
  • compensation for loads introduced by operators, equipment and material handling;
  • controlled and uniform air distribution;
  • integration with production lines, test systems and dedicated equipment;
  • continuous monitoring of environmental parameters;
  • process data logging and traceability;
  • configuration of dedicated alarms, interlocks and safety systems;
  • supervision and remote management through DOT technology.

These solutions are particularly suitable for lithium battery production and development, electrode processing, hygroscopic materials, automotive and electric mobility, energy storage, electronics, laboratories and research and development centres.

‎ ‎ ‎

The customised design allows each Dry Room to be configured according to the required dew point, climatic conditions, room volume, number of operators, thermal and moisture loads generated by the process, production layout, filtration requirements and the specific constraints of the installation area.

    • Configuration: custom-engineered modular Dry Room environment;
    • dew point: configurable down to −60 °C, depending on system configuration and operating conditions;
    • room temperature: configurable according to process requirements;
    • temperature stability: up to ±1 °C in reference configurations;
    • usable volume: defined according to the application and layout;
    • construction: modular insulated sandwich panels with PUR insulation;
    • vapour tightness: dedicated construction solutions and sealing systems according to the required dew point;
    • dehumidification: industrial desiccant rotor system sized according to the required performance;
    • air treatment: configured according to thermal and moisture loads;
    • air distribution: designed to ensure high environmental uniformity;
    • room pressure: configurable and monitorable according to the application;
    • filtration: configurable according to process requirements;
