35 L DOT DRACARYS Climatic Chamber for Techsigno

Il Disgelo supplied Techsigno, at its Pradamano (UD) site, with a 35-litre DOT DRACARYS monoblock climatic chamber for environmental testing with combined temperature and humidity control. The chamber has a compact footprint and sits on a dedicated trolley.

Developed Solution

• monoblock structure with an AISI 304 stainless-steel interior and 80 mm insulation;
• door with a heated porthole, so the specimen can be checked without opening the chamber;
• humidification via a non-pressurised steam generator and dehumidification via a dedicated coil;
• compressed-air purge system to evacuate fumes and mist from the test chamber;
• programmable control with data logging, Modbus communication and PC supervision software;
• ACCREDIA calibration and a support trolley on castors.

Result

The chamber enables Techsigno to run climatic tests to IEC 60068 and MIL-STD standards in a small space, on a single-phase supply, with test-cycle management and remote supervision.
