The VULKAR SAE Drawer by Il Disgelo are industrial forced-air ovens designed to perform controlled heat treatments on components, materials and industrial products through a configuration based on independent pull-out drawers.
This architecture is particularly suitable for production processes involving repetitive batches, small- and medium-sized components and cycles with controlled dwell times, allowing operators to load and unload individual drawers quickly and independently.
Each drawer is supported by telescopic guides, designed to provide smooth, precise movement. Configurations can be developed with four, six or more drawers, with dimensions and capacities defined according to the product and process requirements.
Thermal distribution is managed by a forced-air ventilation system with horizontal airflow. Air is conveyed through dedicated lateral ducts, passes across the individual drawers and is then drawn from the opposite side to be reheated and recirculated within the closed-loop system.

VULKAR SAE Drawer ovens can be used for heat treatment of industrial components, drying, thermal stabilization, curing and production processes involving repetitive cycles across multiple independent batches.
Cycle management can include dedicated timers, start buttons for each drawer and visual end-of-cycle indicators, allowing the treatment time of each drawer to be managed independently. In one documented six-drawer configuration, six timers, six dedicated push-buttons and six end-of-cycle indicators are provided.
Each VULKAR SAE Drawer is developed around the specific application, defining number and dimensions of drawers, process temperature, load capacity, thermal power, ventilation, extraction system, cycle management and required level of automation.
