The VULKAR SAE V by Il Disgelo are forced-air industrial ovens designed to perform controlled heat treatments on components, materials and industrial products requiring high temperature uniformity, process stability and reliable operation over time.
The platform uses forced-air circulation with vertical airflow, developed to promote uniform heat distribution throughout the usable volume and reduce thermal gradients during the cycle.
The configurations are fully custom-engineered and can range from relatively compact volumes to large industrial systems, adapting structure, thermal power, ventilation, access configuration and load capacity to the characteristics of the product and process.

The custom-engineered design allows each VULKAR SAE V to be configured according to the required usable volume, load dimensions and mass, process temperature, thermal power, heating rate, load capacity, handling method and the specific constraints of the installation area.
