The VULKAR SAE O by Il Disgelo are industrial forced-air ovens designed to perform controlled heat treatments on components, materials and industrial products requiring high temperature uniformity, process stability and long-term reliability.
The platform uses forced air circulation with horizontal airflow, developed to distribute heat uniformly throughout the usable volume and across the load. In double-horizontal-flow configurations, the air is conveyed through lateral ducts, passes horizontally through the chamber and is then recirculated through the ventilation circuit.
The configurations are custom-engineered according to the dimensions and mass of the product, process temperature, loading method and integration requirements within the production system.

VULKAR SAE O ovens can be used for post-curing, thermal stabilization, curing, treatment of metal components and technical materials, production processes and laboratory activities.
Construction can include an AISI 304 stainless-steel internal chamber, high-efficiency thermal insulation, one or more doors, floor configurations for trolley access, exhaust systems and adjustable air exchange, according to process requirements.
Each VULKAR SAE O is engineered around the specific application, defining usable volume, internal dimensions, temperature, thermal power, ventilation, load capacity, doors, handling systems, air exchange, exhaust and control system.
