The VULKAR SAE Large Capacity by Il Disgelo are industrial ovens designed to perform controlled heat treatments on large components, coils, cables, industrial products and loads with high thermal mass.
This family is developed for applications where simply increasing the chamber volume is not sufficient and the entire system must be engineered according to the actual load, required thermal power, handling method, process temperature and integration with the production plant.
The forced-air ventilation and air-treatment system are specifically designed for each application, with the aim of achieving effective heat distribution throughout large usable volumes and reducing thermal gradients even when processing bulky loads or products with high thermal inertia.
Configurations can reach usable volumes above 20 m³, temperatures up to +350 °C and high installed thermal power, with structures specifically designed for heavy products and demanding industrial processes.

VULKAR SAE Large Capacity ovens can be used for heat treatment of coils and cables, drying, thermal stabilization, curing, treatment of large metal and technical components, and industrial processes involving high-mass loads.
Each system is developed starting from the process requirements, defining usable volume, internal dimensions, load mass and geometry, temperature, thermal power, ventilation, heating rate, floor load capacity, access, handling and control system.
