Custom Thermostatic Chamber with 4 Independent Compartments

Il Disgelo designed and manufactured a custom thermostatic chamber consisting of four independent compartments, developed to allow multiple temperature-controlled tests to be carried out simultaneously.

Each compartment features independent temperature control, allowing different test conditions to be managed within the same system while increasing testing capacity and optimizing the overall footprint.

Developed Solution

The configuration integrates four separate thermostatic environments, each of which can be operated independently.

The system was designed to provide:

• independent temperature control for each compartment;
• simultaneous use of all four test stations;
• high temperature accuracy and uniformity;
• rapid temperature change;
• easy access to each compartment;
• optimized use of available space.
