The DOT TCEM | 1.5 m³ ACU System is a modular climatic testing system designed to perform thermal and climatic tests on electric motors, e-Axle systems and integrated powertrains connected to external dynamometers and test benches.
The solution consists of a climatic chamber and a separate ACU conditioning unit. This architecture allows the installation to be adapted to the test-bench configuration, the arrangement of the equipment and the space available within the laboratory.
The coordinated control of temperature and humidity makes it possible to reproduce controlled operating conditions and complex climatic profiles, ensuring stability, uniformity and repeatability during functional tests, durability cycles and validation activities.

The modular architecture allows the chamber and its ACU System to be configured according to the characteristics of the system under test, the test-bench configuration, the generated thermal loads, the required interfaces and the specific constraints of the installation environment.
