The DOT TCEM | 6.0 m³ ACU System is a large-volume climatic testing solution within the TCEM range, designed to perform thermal and climatic tests on electric motors, transmissions, e-Axle systems and complete powertrains subjected to dynamic loads.
The platform combines a large test compartment with a dedicated air-treatment and refrigeration system, configurable according to the test-bench layout, the installed equipment and the space available within the laboratory.
The large usable volume allows complex systems and large mechanical assemblies to be installed, integrating the chamber with dynamometers, load systems, drive shafts, cooling circuits, wiring and data-acquisition equipment.
The high-rigidity modular structure and extensive access to the test compartment facilitate the positioning and alignment of the system under test, simplifying installation, configuration and maintenance operations.

The customised design allows the chamber and its conditioning system to be configured according to the dimensions of the system under test, the loads generated during testing, the dynamometer test-bench configuration, the required performance, the necessary interfaces and the specific constraints of the installation area.
